Toys & Hobbies

Choose by the type of play or project rather than by a photograph alone. For doll clothing and accessories, compare the listed doll size and the item dimensions; an outfit does not necessarily include the doll shown wearing it. For remote-control toys, check the stated control method and the package contents.

Craft tools, trims and jewelry-making components are easier to compare within Arts & Crafts. Check piece counts, dimensions and included parts before planning a project. For musical accessories, compare the specific format or key described on the listing. Review the age and use information supplied for each item rather than assuming one age range applies to the whole category.
